Twas the day before Kona and all was well,
the players were rested, awaiting the bell.
It will be a hot one, plenty of sun,
A swim and a bike ride and then comes the run.
Macca is still King, Rini the Queen,
A pair of Aussies, strong, long and lean.
Again this year the dream is alive
filled with compassion, E Komo Mai.
Training is done, CompuTraining complete
Now let's just go out and tend to the feat.
