Breakfast Vid

Quick video of yesterday's CompuTrainer breakfast hosted by Simon Ward, The Triathlon Coach. As well as several of his clients and customers, special guests included former pro Kenny Glah and current CompuTrainer sponsored Pros Fraser Cartmell, Cat Morrison and Eneko Llanos. It was a great way to start the day at Java on the Rock.

Ina (left) and Mike at Kona Beach 'n Bikes got us set up with the surfboard for the booth and the scooter for yesterday's Kona UTT shoot. If you are in need of a rental to enhance your Big Island Fun, go see these guys, their shop has it going on, non-stop.

My home port run route starts at the top of this hill and winds to the pier where the big boats float.

The Grim Reaper reminds us of (official) time at the Parade Wednesday night.

More in store, hang loose.

So do you turn around and run back up the hill? Nice shots.

Yes. Tomorrow, on the advice of MY coach (Simon) we will do it twice. When I initially suggested that we do it ten times, he looked at me like I was from Mars.

I understand that look.

Did it three times today. Felt like a Martian afterwards. THAT look?
