There is more than one way to achieve the objective and just because you have an opinion on one way doesn't mean that those offering others are wrong.
They are simply different.
Can you win the debate without insulting others?
Can you afford to go full-on independent and absorb the total cost of the project?
Is this worth fighting for?
Is it all ego?
Back off some and relax.
Be objective and be a professional.
Nobody cares how you feel, they want results.
Don't be a slug.
Play nice and make some cookies.
Then go out and kick ass.
Simple.
