Six and a half minutes to tell the story of Sunday's wet 101 miles at the Colnago Gran Fondo. Despite the rain it has the one thing that is never compromised in SoCal: Energy. Take a look and see for yourself. Next up is Philly on Aug. 8 and LA on Oct. 24. RCVman offers this rating: These events are NOT TO MISS!!!! Open and close music is Mike Gordon with a mashup sample of RL Burnside. Someday Baby!

It really rains there. I used to go out on Jamboree and Irvine Blvd and pick strawberries out of the street gutters. Here are some bikes for all events: http://www.efitology.com/expertadvice/top-10-bizarre-do-it-yourself-bicycles/
I like the saw bike. "Mom I'm gonna go for a ride". NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Put on the rain gear and slick down the roads, and it sure looks like a Cascade Bicycle Club event up here, including so many cyclists who push too big a gear.
I'm mashin' in the rain, just mashin' in the rain...........
