Time II

We started the week with a rollicking 60 minute spin in the HoM this morning, with my personal goal to dial it up from here. I need this week to rock. With maybe an encore. Seven whole days. Why?

Why not?

I am NOT about to sit and watch the leaves turn spectacular colors without running amongst them.

I am NOT gong to lose another opportunity to accomplish what my soul suggests I experience.

I am NOT going to give in to rust, decay, neglect or atrophy.

I am NOT going to slow down with the passage of time.

I am NOT going to quit. Not now and not ever. Not no-how and not no-way.

That now we're always talking about. It is here. IT is now. The time has come. Not tomorrow or next week or when the feet heal or when all the financial ducks are in a row. Not when the cows come home.

Now.

Today.

The beauty of this is that it makes little difference where you are. It makes absolutely no difference what shape you're in. Your physical fitness is inconsequential. Your social standing irrelevant. Your gender, age and IQ all meaningless. Heck, you could be obese, unemployed, addicted, depressed and freezing and still do this, matter of fact if your ARE one (and hopefully not all) of this, it is even more appropriate.

To start now. Today. Here.

Do something healthy. Something uplifting and something different.

Spin, or walk or swim. Read, or sing or paint. Change. Pick a bad habit and promise yourself to end it. Tell someone about your promise and take responsibility. Own it. Be accountable for your own change, development and growth.

Today.

Now.

There is no other time.
