Ciao tifosi

Three bits of tid this Wednesday morning. This trio precludes the big congratulatory bravo sent it the general direction of all who attended the mirthful gathering of intrepid spinners at 0530 this morning. You killed it mates! Nice effort. Not many times I have admitted to that amount of suffering, but today was one for the record books. A big ouchy wow to the hale and hearty mirthmongers. Leave us not soon forget the feeling of the Floyd Zone sweet spot. And now the three.

1) As you may or may not know, we are in the third day of Indoor Time trailing. This week's course is the challenging, scenic and sublime Big Valley Rd. It is 9.59 miles of rolling thunder. Sessions run again tonight, Thursday and Friday, all at 1700. Check out Kelsie's cool poster and reserved your spot here

2) If you need some visual stimulation, here is a quick piece I put some Karate chops to last night with my final few bursts of remaining energy cells. I mentioned this morning the value in video analysis, especially for and of yourself because we rarely get to see us in this focus. I am wasting a LOT of (precious) energy through my upper body movement. Yes there is good power production, but the efficiency is bad and the flow fairly ugly. I am sure Ennio Morricone would agree.

3) Are you a cycling tifoso? I tifosi are fans, more accurately fanatics, even more precise a group of fanatical and faithful fans, in Italian. And while the colloquial is mostly used in reference to calcio, football (soccer) it is also used with reference to cycling. Italians love cycling. Almost as much as pane, vino e amore. I trust those three need no translation. Il tifoso or not, you wil surely appreciate the art and finesse captured in the above embed, surely a video capo lavoro, masterpiece.

All for today folks. Great class this morning, sign up for the TT and let's talk some more about our cycling trip to Italia next May, shall we?

ciao amici

That is the GOOD, the bad and the ugly can wait.
