What's with the cast?
As in 'cast & crew', cast of characters, the cast for salmon, or a cast on an injured body part? As we had all of the above, I will assume that the reference is to Kristin's foot wrap. She had surgery a week prior to trip departure for a broken toe and bunion removal. She drove SAG and did upper body and core work in place of spin and ride. That casts a difference shadow, eh?
