Great article from Slowtwitch.com today on CompuTrainer sponsored triathlete Julie Dibens. Julie is one of the hottest athletes on the circuit right now, a shoe-in for the podium with every start. Tim Carlson does his usual fine job with the lens as he follows JD on a "typical" training day. As a side note, I have interviewed Julie several times and found her to be as charming and comical as she is fast and fit. A rare combo.
I am out for Ironman St. George pre-dawn. Picked up a few new gadgets and cool gear so we'll give some "higher" tech protocols a test over the weekend.
