I've decided to tackle this one in 2019; by then global warming will have down-shifted the seasonal temperature in this region by 12 degrees. Where do they do the swim portion? In the local pool?
12 degrees less would go for a very comfortable ride here, the swim, however, as you note, might be a touch chilly....I think we need to get in all the miles we can before our tires start to melt on the hot roads.
